HOW THINGS HAVE CHANGED FOR US SINCE THE CHALLENGES OF COVID-19 HAVE ARRIVED…
Like you, we have had to adapt and change our business so we can continue to give our clients what they want and need. Many of our clients want us to continue in this way until they can safely get all their employees into the workplace. For us and many of you, this is “our new normal”, at least for the foreseeable future.
We have moved:
- our 40 short learning modules into an online format which is equally comparable to what we were previously delivering in training rooms. It’s been a revelation to us but, when effectively designed, we really can replicate a training room environment and make things just as good in an online classroom as we do face-to-face
- all our psychometric feedback sessions into an online format
- all our coaching sessions into an online format
- our existing talent and leadership development programmes into an online format to keep the momentum going with these groups.
We are supporting many of our clients with the development and delivery of packages for displaced and furloughed employees. (Coping with Change, Building Resilience, Career Management are some of the typical things we are being asked to do).
