Record-Breaking Attendance at IGD Leading Edge Events _{10 February 2010}

Lisa Smale and Sally Rixon, of The Talent Pool were thrilled to be asked by the IGD to present a series of interactive workshops around the UK for the IGD Leading Edge members.

Over the six events 350 talented people took a fresh look at “How to maximise business relationships”. Attendees explored how to get better results from the people that they worked with by applying some powerful communication techniques that that they had not used before.

“We were delighted at the turnout at all the events, with all venues having high delegate numbers, and the London event set a new record attendance at 127, the previous being 72.” said Lisa Smale, Director of Talent Management

The events were hosted all over the country with excellent hospitality from Thornton’s in Derby, Morrisons in Bradford, Waitrose in Rushden, Heinz in Hayes, and hotels in London and Manchester (where delegates had to battle through the Manchester United vs Manchester City derby traffic to attend).
